A delivery fee will be charged for each order placed by you and will be shown on the online till slip as a separate item. If purchases exceed R650.00 free delivery will be applicable.

Payment may be made for Goods via the following methods (depending on its availability and/or your eligibility to use such a method) –

1. Debit card: where payment is made by debit card, we may require additional information in order to authorize and/or verify the validity of payment. In such cases we are entitled to withhold delivery until such time as the additional information is received by us and authorization is obtained by us for the amounts. If we do not receive authorization your order for the Goods will be cancelled. You warrant that you are fully authorized to use the debit card supplied for purposes of paying the Goods. You also warrant that your debit card has sufficient available funds to cover all the costs incurred as a result of the services used on the Website.
2. Credit card: where payment is made by credit card, we may require additional information in order to authorize and/or verify the validity of payment. In such cases we are entitled to withhold delivery until such time as the additional information is received by us and authorization is obtained by us for the amounts. If we do not receive authorization your order for the Goods will be cancelled. You warrant that you are fully authorized to use the credit card supplied for purposes of paying the Goods. You also warrant that your credit card has sufficient available funds to cover all the costs incurred as a result of the services used on the Website.
3. Direct bank deposit or electronic funds transfer (EFT): if you pay via direct bank deposit or electronic funds transfer, payment must be made within 5 (five) days of placing your order. We will not accept your order if payment has not been received.

You may contact us via our contact page to obtain a full record of your payment. We will also send you email communications about your order and payment.

Once you have selected your payment method, you will be directed to a secure site for payment of the applicable purchase price for the Goods.

We will debit the total value of your online order against the payment method tendered by you during the check-out process. Payment will be effected on acceptance of your order and prior to delivery.

By submitting your order and payment method details you warrant that you are over the age of 18 (eighteen), are authorized to make payment with the payment method and that there are sufficient funds available to pay for the order.

Orders placed online constitute your offer to purchase subject to these Terms. Your offer is deemed to have been accepted by us when you receive our confirmation of your order. Failure by us to formally confirm or notify acceptance shall not affect the validity of the sale or the enforceability thereof.

There is only one method of delivery of goods which is via courier.

We deliver only within the Republic of South Africa.

Deliveries will take place 3-7 working days in Main Metropolitan areas from when your order has been placed and paid for. We reserve the right to change these delivery lead times.

We deliver Monday to Friday, between 08:00 and 17:00. No deliveries will be made on weekends and public holidays.

Delivery is free for orders above R650.00.

Orders under R650.00 are systematically calculated according to the delivery area.

Unfortunately, some items may not be in stock at the time you place your order. In the event that we cannot deliver your goods within the stated time, we will contact you to make alternative arrangements. If necessary, we can refund your order. This may reflect as a credit in your online store account.

For verification purposes, the person accepting delivery at the delivery address may be required to produce a form of identification. Any person other than yourself who receives the products at the delivery address is presumed to be authorized to accept delivery on your behalf. Should no-one be in attendance at the time of delivery, the driver will keep the products and leave a notice at the delivery address to this effect. The delivery service will attempt to contact you in order to arrange for an alternate delivery time. We reserve the right to charge an additional delivery fee should it be required in the circumstances. Our liability for failing to deliver the products timeously is limited to delivery being effected at a later agreed time at no additional charge.

Please arrange that you or your authorized representative is available to accept your purchases at the delivery address and that appropriate access will be made available. On delivery, we will require you or your authorized representative to sign and print your or their name on a duplicate copy of the delivery note, to confirm receipt.

We have outsourced all delivery and collection arrangements. Accordingly, we cannot, to the extent permitted by law, be liable for any damage suffered or loss incurred by reason of any acts or omissions of the deliverer, its directors, employees, sub-contractors, agents, representatives and/or affiliates.
